PILATES

Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on controlled movement, core strength, flexibility, balance, and proper body alignment. It helps improve posture, strengthen the muscles that support the spine, increase mobility, and build better body awareness. Pilates is great for beginners, athletes, and anyone looking to move better, feel stronger, and reduce tension in the body.

As a Pilates instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach, I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies through movement that is both challenging and restorative. My approach to Pilates focuses on building strength, improving mobility and posture, enhancing body awareness, and creating a deeper mind-body connection — all in a supportive, welcoming environment.

I believe Pilates should leave you feeling stronger, more capable, and more connected to your body, not intimidated by movement. By combining principles from functional strength training, core stability work, and intentional movement patterns, my sessions are designed to help clients improve alignment, increase confidence, and move better both inside and outside of the studio.

Alongside Pilates instruction, I also work as a personal trainer and nutrition coach while pursuing my future career as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). My goal is to help clients build sustainable wellness habits that support not only how they look, but how they feel in their everyday lives.

PILATES

If you are new to Pilates, you can expect a calm but challenging workout that uses slow, intentional movements instead of fast-paced exercises. The focus is on breathing, control, and proper form. You may feel muscles working that you do not normally use, especially in your core, hips, glutes, and back. Every movement can be modified, so you do not need experience to get started. Pilates is a great way to build strength from the inside out while improving flexibility and confidence in how your body moves.
