Coach Thomas Krausz is owner of Apex Training Studio, Bastrop Thai Boxing and Pilates. With his 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Thomas brings a vast array of skills. Which includes sports conditioning and rehab, post & prenatal conditioning, group fitness instruction and overall strength and conditioning. He acts as the head trainer at Apex as well as head coach at Bastrop Thai Boxing and Pilates.
He has certifications from ISA, the Cooper Clinic, and ACE. He is also a Fair Tax certified kickboxing instructor and his Joseph Pilates certified as well. Strengthen your body today so you can enjoy the life you have tomorrow.

LYDNSEY
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach passionate about helping women create sustainable results through strength training, balanced nutrition, and realistic lifestyle habits. My coaching philosophy is centered around building confidence from the inside out — focusing on progress, consistency, and feeling strong in your everyday life rather than chasing perfection.
I work with clients to develop individualized fitness and nutrition strategies that support long-term health, improve body composition, increase energy, and create a healthier relationship with exercise and food. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength building, accountability, or simply feeling better in your body, my approach combines education, support, and structure in a way that feels achievable and empowering.
In addition to personal training and nutrition coaching, I’m continuing my education at University of New England, working on my Masters of Applied Nutrition & Dietetics to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and expanding my work through Pilates instruction to help clients build strength, mobility, and confidence through intentional movement.

My fitness journey started as a way to support my mental health and became a passion for helping others discover strength, confidence, and joy through movement. What began as a personal transformation grew into a purpose: helping people realize they are capable of more than they think.
Today, I am a personal trainer and multi-format fitness instructor dedicated to creating individualized coaching and motivating group experiences that meet people where they are. My goal is to help clients build sustainable habits, grow stronger physically and mentally, and create a lifestyle they enjoy and can maintain.
I believe wellness extends beyond the workout and strive to create an encouraging environment where every client feels empowered to move, grow, and succeed.
When I’m not coaching clients, you’ll find me prioritizing faith, making memories with family, and continuing to challenge myself through movement and personal growth.
